Alroy Consulting Services was established in 2012 by Allan Waisman and Roy Freedman. They have a combined 52 years of experience in Designing, Procuring, Installing and Maintaining Integrated Electronic Security Systems.

Our industry experience includes Video Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Intruder Alarm Systems, Lift Integrations, Speedlane design & integration, Visitor Management Systems, Building Management Systems and designing Security requirements for Smart Buildings. We offer integrated Security Systems Design for restricted areas like air-side bonded warehouses and ports, high-profile commercial estates, multi-tenanted office buildings, blue-chip retail outlets, betting shops, petrol stations, racecourses and mixed-use residential/commercial and retail estates.

Not only have we designed these security solutions, but we have also done so in 28 Countries. Often, our consultancy services extend beyond the traditional scope to include ongoing project oversight. Typically, our engagement commences at the initial planning phase. We work closely with the architects, construction and mechanical/electrical consultants during the planning and design phase through to the appointment of specialist security integrators by the main contractor.

Our consultancy includes the design, specification of equipment and standards of installation and integration. We advise our Principal Client on the technical aspects of different manufacturers’ equipment and qualify all tender submissions on Cost, Competency and Compliance and their ability to deliver the specific project.

Once the project commences, we attend site meetings and do quality checks on the security integrators’ installation, integration, and commissioning at every critical stage until practical completion.

The final Consultancy stage of each project includes quality checking the O&M Manuals and ensuring that all manufacturers’ warrantees are correctly transferred to the Principal Client.
