Allan Waisman
After his military service, Allan established a Security Services Group that grew from a single site in Cape Town, South Africa into a global business with offices in Angola, Mauritius, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Allan’s experience gained over 35 years, working within the electronic security industry, serving customers globally and delivering and advising on a wide range of diverse and complex projects.
As a technical security consultant, Allan is a member of The Security Institute and the Association of Security Consultants (ASC).
Throughout his career for much of this time, Allan acted as the Chief Executive Officer and the Group Chief Executive Officer, his focus always being technical excellence and service delivery to global clients.

Roy Freedman
After his military service, Roy established a business in the leisure sector in South Africa. In 1999, Roy relocated his family to the UK to work for an International Bank, his focus being offshore banking and fiduciary services.
In 2006 Roy joined Allan and together they grew the businesses into Angola and Mauritius whilst expanding the South African and UK businesses, providing services to a client base in a multitude of sectors. As a security consultant, Roy is a Member of The Worshipful Company of Security Professionals, The Security Institute and The Association of Security Consultants.
For the past 16 years, Roy has acted as the Group Chief Operating and Financial Officer, his focus is the financial and contractual aspects of each project together with a deep understanding of logistics and compliance issues in multi jurisdictions.
